Bringing you the best from the region's farmgates and boutique artisan producers, The Food Store has a keen focus on the finest and freshest local produce and ingredients. To complement this 'taste of Australia', you'll also find a range of imported goods to tempt and delight you, including famous French cheeses in a variety of soft, hard and washed rind styles, and a European charcuterie section that features the best Iberian jamon, French saucisson and Italian salami. An exceptional range of wines are available from both Australian and international winemakers, along with artisan coffees, olives and oils.

Inspired by the European deli experience, goods are divided into separate sections and are all on display in towering cabinets chilled to optimum temperatures. Parquet hardwood floors and rich hues all add the relaxed continental feel. At the large central communal table, a best-in-class European slicer stands ready to shave delicate slices of your charcuterie favourites.

Spend a relaxed couple of hours with your favourite newspaper, a perfect espresso and your choice from the celebrity chef Luke Mangan's cafe-style menu. Or pull up a stool at the large communal table and have a chat with our expert servers about your dream cheese or charcuterie board. Your server will carefully create a tasting board of intense, delightful flavours just for you. And with The Food Store take-home service, should you feel like a quiet night in with a simple board of your favourite fromage and a glass of chilled white wine, arranging it is effortless – just stop by and pick up a hamper.

Secure parking is available in the hotel's undercover carpark. Please proceed through the entry off Orchid Avenue and park in the Hotel carpark (blue) on level B2.
