The Deck at Hilton Surfers Paradise is a vast, 1500 square metre outdoor area that forms a spectacular focal point for the Hilton towers. Four pools are just the start - the largest a full 40-metre feature pool surrounded by private day beds in which to soak up a little sunshine.
From dawn until well after dusk, The Deck has so much on offer. Stroll from pool to pool amidst picturesque gardens, or take in the ever-changing view over the city's bustling boutique retail precinct. Stylish shaded picnic areas, grassed pavilions and a podium area are dotted throughout the space – creating a stunning backdrop for everything from a relaxing day by the pool to a chic cocktail evening.
The kids' pool boasts fun water features, with a play wall and kids play domes close by – all guaranteed to keep the little ones amused, while the adults-only pool and Pool Bar are perfect for a calm, refreshing afternoon. Inside is yet another large heated pool, with adjoining spa and sauna.
Satisfying your appetite is effortless. The Deck menu, created by celebrity Chef Luke Mangan, offers everything from a quick bite to a full meal. Luke combines his signature style with the finest local produce to bring you a menu of delights. For a relaxing evening with friends or family, BBQ huts offer a quintessentially Aussie dining experience: you look after the barbie, we'll take care of everything else, from the delicious salads to the choicest cuts. And if it's a poolside beverage you're after, the Pool Bar's cocktail menu, devised by well-known mixologist Grant Collins, has a plethora of temptations – from perfect classics to innovative contemporary fusions.
The Deck is currently only available in-house guests and for events.
