Crafted with Ben Buckler Whiskey, Larry Emdur’s signature spirit inspired by Bondi’s rugged coastline, and finished with walnut bitters, orange bitters and a touch of sea salt, it’s bold, smooth and beautifully balanced.

For lunch and dinner, we invite you to experience our all-day dining which features share style tapas and larger main meals, all complemented by an array of delicious sides and salads. Our all-day dining menu is available to order anytime from 11am, right through to 8pm.
Our menu was designed by Hilton Surfers Paradise executive chef Kathy Tindall, who draws inspiration from cuisines around the world.
To drink, the bar showcases the award-winning Sydney Brewery Craft Beers and Ciders on tap and an impressive array of classic and specialty cocktails – our promise is that you won’t be leaving thirsty but you will leave feeling good.

In the mood to try something new? Our speciality cocktail menu is a real crowd pleaser. With something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds – from fresh to spicy, sour to sweet, take a seat at our cocktail bar and watch us work our magic.
Our signature cocktail is the Ms Margo-Rita, a take on the classic margarita with Olmeca Reposado Tequila, lime juice and ruby grapefruit juice, blended on ice. Absolutely divine!
