Getting There

DIRECTIONS BY CAR:

From south (Coolangatta Airport): Exit Airport Drive and follow Surfers Paradise signs. Turn left onto Gold Coast Highway. Travel north along the Gold Coast Highway for approximately 25 kms - passing the suburbs of Palm Beach, Burleigh Heads, Broadbeach. Turn right onto Surfers Paradise Boulevard. Proceed for approximately 1.5 kilometres and turn right onto Cavill Avenue. Follow this around to the left into Orchid Avenue. The Hilton carpark is located on the left.

The estimated travel time from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport is approximately 35 minutes.

From north (Brisbane Airport): From North – Follow M1 Pacific motorway south to the Gold Coast. Take exit 66 Smith Street Motorway. Heading east, follow to the end. Turn right onto the Gold Coast Highway, then continue south onto Surfers Paradise Boulevard heading towards the centre of Surfers Paradise. Turn right onto Cavill Avenue then follow this around to the left into Orchid Avenue. The Hilton carpark is located on the left.

The estimated travel time from Brisbane Airport is approximately 80 minutes.

PARKING:

CHECK IN:
For hotel car park please enter Cavill Avenue.

Continue along Cavill Avenue proceeding left onto Orchid Avenue.

The Hilton Surfers Paradise car park entry (B) is located on the left hand side.

Please descend down the ramp to the bottom then make right hand turn to Car park entry.

Upon entering the car park please retrieve ticket from ticket booth. You are now on "B1."

Please proceed to designated "Hotel" parking on Level "B2."

Upon arriving on level "B2" please drive straight ahead into "Hotel" parking marked in blue.

Insert ticket into boom gate. Boom gate will open and Booth will return the ticket to you.

Please proceed to set down and park vehicle.

You can now proceed to "hotel" elevator and proceed to Lobby for Check-in. Original paper ticket can now be discarded and replaced with Hilton room Key. This key will grant you access to all boom gates for the duration of your stay.

CHECK OUT:
Upon check out, you are required to return your Hilton room keys to reception. You will then be handed an Exit pass, to exit car park you will be required to enter this pass into the boom gates on “B2” and the final Boom gate on "B1"

All guests of the Hotel & Residences are to park in this area and proceed to Lobby for check-in.

"B2" Caged area – This area will be used for Valet parking to ensure we are leaving enough available spaces for guests who wish to self park in Hotel parking catchment. Cars to be parked only in spaces marked H

"B3" Guests and permanent resident parking – Reception please advise guests who have checked in, and staying in Boulevard tower this will be the most convenient place to park for the duration of their stay as lifts on this level has direct access to Boulevard tower. Cars to be parked only in spaces marked H

"B4" Permanent Resident Parking – This can also be used for overflow Valet Parking Cars to be parked only in spaces marked H

"B5" Permanent Resident Parking

Guests who are visiting hotel outlets must have their parking ticket stamped by the outlet they have visited in order for them to have their parking ticketed validated.

DIRECTIONS BY TRAIN (only available from Brisbane Airport and Brisbane City):

At Brisbane Airport board the Airtrain which is located outside the arrivals hall at both the Domestic and International Airports. Travel to Nerang or Varsity Lakes station (approximately 1hr 15mins). The approximate Airtrain fare to Nerang or Varsity Lakes station is AUD$30 each way.

From Nerang or Varsity Lakes station take a taxi to the hotel. The approximate cost of taxi fare is AUD$20 and travel time is approximately 15 minutes.

At times, the Airtrain from Brisbane Airport may require a change of trains at Brisbane Central Station. Refer to screens.

Airport Shuttle	Approx AUD$20 each way with local operator. Approx. travel time is 45 minutes. Transfer to be booked prior to arrival with hotel.
Limousine	Private luxury sedan transfer. Approx AUD$75 each way with local operator. Approx. travel time is 35 mins. Transfer to be booked prior to arrival with hotel.
Train	Not available from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport. Available from Brisbane International and Domestic Airports only. Approx. AUD$40 each way.
Taxi	Approx. AUD$60 each way. Approx. travel time is 35 minutes.
